We have a UV printer in-house to help you with your customised requirements. UV printing can be done on almost all materials. Pens, Name Badges, Keyrings, Rulers, Industrial Parts and Cell phone covers are just a few examples of the items that can be marked. Our machine is able to print with white ink which means we are able to print onto dark substrates too. Currently, we are only able to print onto flat surfaces, but we hope to add cylindrical items soon. It is even possible for you to supply us with the products you want marked. The product being marked on is limited to a size of 420 x 300 x 150mm.

Each customised project needs to be individually costed. This is because the different materials all have different prices.

Terms & Conditions
- We will always provide a proof with the layout and position of the print. This needs to be carefully checked and signed off.
- No printing will be started until we have the signed proof. In addition, not all products are suitable for UV Printing.
- We accept no liability for items that are damaged during testing or production.
- We ask that one extra product is supplied for the purpose of sampling so there are no disappointments.
- If there is an error, we will request a replacement item to be supplied at your cost.
- Artwork needs to be provided in a PDF or JPEG format.
A standard name badge will take 24 hours from order to dispatch. Bulk orders will be quoted with a lead time. Customised orders for low volumes are usually supplied within 2 working days but this can depend on the job queue so lead time will be confirmed on order.
