FEATURES

Exposure: it is carried our between two glasses, with 4 upper lamps for the back-exposure and 6 lower lamps for the main and post-exposure, type TLD 44 D 25W. The microprocessor system keeps an internal memory of the lamps life to help determine when it’s time to replace them. The vacuum system holds the cover film down when making photopolymer plates and metal or polyester back plates. The standard thickness, 3 mm, can be easily changed by replacing the 4 thickness posts.
Washout: the tank is provided with nylon brushes. A 300W heater to keep the water at a constant temperature is connected to a level indicator which prevents the heater from starting when the level is too low. The plate holder rotates alternatively in two directions to ensure an even washout of the plate.
Dryer: the drawer is provided with a 1000W heater, forced air circulation and safety switch.
Programming: the microprocessor controlled keyboard allows the user to set up to nine customized programs to control the time of each function: back exposure, main exposure, post-exposure, washout and drying. For the last two functions it is also possible to set the temperature in °C.
Green/red warning LEDs constantly informing about the status of the machine – acoustic alarm in case of errors and/or misfunctions. The unit is provided with a side box to store all working supplies and with a warming cabinet to keep the photopolymer at controlled temperature – warm photopolymer is easier to work with. An air pressure system allows to remove any bubbles that may occur in the photopolymer.
