FEATURES
Exposure: it is carried out between two glasses, with 6 lamps for the main exposure and 6 lamps for the back exposure, type TL 11W 05 ED. The vacuum system holds the cover film down when making photopolymer plates and metal or polyester-back plates. The standard thickness, 2,5 mm, can be easily
changed by replacing the 4 thickness posts. Post-exposure: in a drawer.
Washout: the plate holder rotates alternatively in two directions to ensure an even washout of the plate. Dryer: stainless steel section with a 300W heater, forced air circulation and safety switch. Programming: the system is controlled by a microprocessor with one
program to set and store the data for the main, back and post-exposure, washout and drying.
Acoustic alarm advising the user in case of errors and/or misfunctions. An air pressure system allows to remove any bubble that may occur in the photopolymer.
